SLPOTY 2018 - Results Day

The results of the Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards were announced today and Allan Donald is this years winning photographer. The winning portfolio together with a full list of results are available on the competition website at SLPOTY and it is well worth having a look.
For the fifth year running since its inauguration in 2014, I've had an image awarded. This year a view over The Black Mount just west of Rannoch Moor which I have called 'A light on the Black' has been Commended in the Scottish Weather category so it is great to be recognised again in Scotland's premier landscape photography Awards.
