Within Devilla

Devilla, a productive forest managed by Forestry Commission Scotland, on the A985 between Dunfermline and Kincardine. Covering over 6 square km's with over 20km of forest roads and paths to walk, ride or cycle. It contains four lochs, its Scots Pines provide a stronghold for red squirrels and there are historic relics amongst the trees. The forest is not ancient, being planted after WWII on an area of poor farmland (from which it derives its name). Five miles from home.
